I've been to this location several times now and every time has left me feeling better about the place. The people here are friendly and honest, the work is fast and well done.

I snapped the shifter cable on my bike which was less than 6 months old at the time, and the local shop near to me insisted it was due to drivetrain wear and insisted that I change the crank, cassette and chain to the tune of $200 + labor even though they had nothing to do with the issue at hand. I said I'd think about it and took my bike to Pedalinx for a 2nd opinion. Before I could even explain what happened the mechanic looked at the bike, saw the snapped cable and said "Snapped cable? No problem."

I left my bike with them expecting a mutli-day turn over and they called me before I made it the rest of the way to work to say my bike was done. I won't quote a price because who knows when you, dear reader, will see this but suffice is to say it was a far sight lower than what the first place quoted me.

Each visit since has been the same, so much so that I'm willing to pass multiple other shops on my way to this one. I've never been disappointed by Pedalinx and I'm sure you won't be either.

Hate to leave a 1 star to anyone, but I took the bike in for a tuneup and to get the rear brake repaired. They got it back to me and rear tire popped outside the shop. I called and no one called me back. I bring it in a few weeks later and they replace the back tire since there was glass in it, they said. Fine. And on the way home the brake they fixed snaps. This is two rides, literally. Brakes are important. This shit is dangerous.

Great service from really cool guys. Needed some air in the tires of my wheelchair and went in when I passed the shop by chance. They happily took care of me leaving everything else behind. Asked me to test a couple of times until I had the exact pressure I wanted. Didn't want any money.

I came to get both my front and rear bike brakes fixed. I expected to pay for the repair, but the mechanic here helped me for free. They were very friendly. I’ll definitely come back to get parts replaced and to buy a new bike here. It’s hard to find a place like this in Toronto.

I had to release both of my pedals to put the bike in the box and return. I went to the store and the guy did the service and didn't charge anything. They gained a customer.

Really friendly and quick service! I bought a new bike there and wasn't familiar with some of the new-to-me bike technologies. The staff were very patient as they explained things. They installed some accessories with a super quick turnaround, too. Will definitely be back.

Just picked up my bike after a tune up (only took a week) and it feels incredible! It needed more work than anticipated, they called to make sure that was okay with me and were transparent about costs. Staff were all super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely will come back.
