Mimmo And Naz

While I was completely satisfied with the photos and super8 video... it took 2 years to receive the video and we still are waiting to receive some of our photos!! (the wedding was 3 years and 3 months ago!!!) We were ignored for months and months despite countless phone calls and emails once we paid in full!!!!!! The product was beautiful but not worth the anguish!

Just amazing work, amazing guys, amazing product!!!

The reason for the 2 out 5 stars? Great work but you will not see the finished product for a long, long time. All the bad reviews that I have read ARE TRUE.

My experience with them during the first meeting and post-wedding are night and day. I was married mid 2009 and it's now DECEMBER 2010 and I haven't received my finished video which was a part of the package that we had paid for. I have found it very difficult to chase them down as they do not reply emails or return calls.

I think they should not accept any more clients than they can handle.

DO YOUR RESEARCH. You will find other photographers who can produce the same quality of work at a better price and deliver their product within a decent time.

My wife and I hired Mimmo and Naz after having researched a lot of other wedding photographers. We loved their style of photography and really liked all of the work they showed us. What really surprised us though was how much our friends and family loved our pictures, most of them had really cheesy set-up portraits of their wedding day. Ours, in comparison, were magazine worthy; they even made my bald spot less obvious! Yes, like a few have mentioned, it took a while to get our final product, however, looking back now, the extra time it took for us to get such a wonderful keepsake of our day, truly was worth it.

My husband and I both loved the service and product we received from mimmo+naz. Too bad about the negative reviews on this site, however, our experience with them was fantastic. We had heard about them through friends of ours and we loved their album and video so we decided to give them a chance and are so happy with our photos! Thanks again guys we had so much fun with you!

Just last week there were 7 or 8 NEGATIVE reviews on this site for Mimmo and Naz. Not sure why they have been removed, as they were a true reflection of my own negative experience with this company last year. Similar to what the previous complaints stated, after my wedding day I had to chase them down for any follow up service. Phone calls and emails were never attended to in a timely fashion. Proofs from my wedding day were supposed to be ready in about 6 weeks. 11 weeks later, and not even a follow up to my inquiries.

Quality of the work - ok. I don't feel the emotions of the day were truly captured, just the basics were covered. I was surprised they did not have any lighting at the reception. Reception coverage was pretty shitty and sparse. Yet they insisted they stay until about 10:30pm when drawing up a contract. Not sure why we were told they should stay until that time, they barely took any photos past 6pm. Money Grab?

Mimmo seemed liked he was passionate about shooting our wedding during our original consultation, but in the end, my wife and I felt like just a number. If you want so-so photography, half-hearted enthusiasm and lack-luster follow up and customer service, then hire Mimmo and Naz.

We had the opportunity to meet with them, we hired them and we are simply in awe with our photos and albums. It took a little longer thane expected(we took a while to get back to them) but in the end worth the wait.

Had them for our wedding, nothing but compliments.
