Mastermind Toys

I do not recommended Mastermind for delivery. They are unreliable in terms of meeting delivery deadlines.

Mastermind failed to ship out Christmas gifts that I ordered in a timely manner, and the delivery took place after Christmas.

Mastermind's level of customer service is very disappointing. When I questioned the late delivery, there was no apology. In fact, they did not even bother to respond!

In today's competitive climate, particularly in terms of Internet shopping, companies that act in this manner should be avoided.

I will not shop at Mastermind again - either in person or on-line.

I visit on a monthly basis, and I have to admit how great and pleased I am with the staff there! Specifically Leah who greets me and my family with a smile, is so great with the kids, and provides knowledge on toys that never fail to impress my children. She is just fantastic! Thank you Leah!

Amazing gifts , staff, free gift wrap who could top that.

I have shopped here many times. It seems it's always at the last minute holiday or birthday. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Most of them are they are actually skilled at asking the right quetions about the person you are shopping for to help you find that perfect gift.
