Great company, for the service and people to work with are amazing. We used other ways of moving & reno's this was the best decision, working at our own pace with less pressure.

Delivered clean container on time, and pick up easy to arrange. Really convenient having it in the driveway to load and unload. Just a warning that on pickup the container has to be stood almost upright to get it on the truck so pack it tightly to avoid the load shifting!! Not a unique problem to this company but I would have arranged items differently if I had known in advance.

It's pretty simple that in any service business you can't please 100% of everyone. I can attest to the fact that I have been renting containers from King Con since 2002. I have always had a seamless and trouble-free experience dealing with Terry & Robert.
They have the best storage value on the market, with beautifully clean containers that are dry and secure. There simply is no better choice that compares with their products, and service. I do NOT bother to shop around when there is a company this reliable! Thank you, and we shall continue with additional rentals.

While our house was on the market, we used a self-storage facility in Burlington called Kingcon Container Storage Inc. The owner, Robert, is a nice guy, along with Terry and the rest of the team. I found his prices to be fair. They are very reliable and accommodating. I would certainly recommend this facility to anyone.

Made a call to get a quote, gave specifics of the delivery locations involved and period needed. Sounded perfect. Called PODS to cancel our previous order. Called again today to book with Kingcon. Processed all the info, took our credit card number and then proceeded to quote us 300+ dollars more than they did previously. Owner says he would have never quoted me that??!! Really? Then proceeded to claim it was a miscommunication and it pretty much went in the direction of blaming it on me and was laughing at me. That alone ended my conversation. I did mention I have 2 moves to do with 3 containers over the next 5 months. Business must be good when you turn away 3 jobs. If I EVER blamed my customers for ANYTHING, that would be the end of my business. Shameful. Now we've lost our PODS booking and have to search for another company. Thanks.

First of all, we spoke on Sunday. If you are closed, don't answer the phone if it's an inconvenience. Secondly, I recorded the call and I can play back the part where I clearly said Hamilton to Brantford in our first initial conversation. Thirdly, there was no offer or any attempt to rectify a single thing, you just kept blaming it on miscommunication and laughed while doing it. The owner did nothing about adjusting the price. That is a bold faced lie. After reading your reply, I'm so glad we went with someone else who actually sends quote documents through email before asking for a credit card over the phone....

Container was almost brand new and the delivery guy was pleasant and good humoured. I generally would leave the review off at that but I have to mention my experience with Robert in Burlington. Each and every time I called to arrange timing, location and pickup, he was rude, abrupt and aggressive on the phone. I wasn't looking to argue with him, just set the logistics for our move. No need for the attitude and it was bad enough that it prompted me to write this review. For that alone I would not use Kingcon again.

Although the unit worked out great, the owner literally ruined my experience with one simple phone call. Upon completion of our contract, I asked them to pickup their rental. He said I was late (even though I followed his direct instruction) and said, “don’t worry it’s not expensive, you can afford it!” Why would I want to pay 100-200$ extra dollars for following your instructions? Pompous!
