I started a year ago and have been hooked ever since! Love the instructers. They alway keep me motivated and give lots of good tips about diet and how to make small changes that last a life time! The gym is never over crowed and away clean plus they have showers.
I started coming to I Love Kickboxing Stoughton/Easton because I had a Groupon. I couldn’t get enough and decided to join before even finishing my 10 classes! The instructors are so helpful as you practice. They are always walking around helping with form, answering questions, and keeping you motivated. The gym also has fun theme nights like 80’s DJ night! I have been coming for about a month and am already feeling stronger and seeing changes in my body like toner arms and back. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!
I started ILKB in Stoughton through a Groupon. I loved it so much I signed up the very first day, and haven't looked back once! If you want to get a great workout, have fun, feel great and meet some great people, this is the place to go! The instructors are invigorating, encouraging and motivating. You go at your own pace, you will build up your strength and stamina while having fun! I am always excited about the next class, and always leave sweaty and feeling great!!!!
Joining ILKB a year and a half ago really changed my life. From the moment you walk in everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. The instructors really care about you and your progress and create this fun environment for you to sweat for an hour! I've tried so many different fitness classes in my life, but this is by far the most effective and fun workout I've come across. Everything in my body is being worked hard and I get stronger and notice a difference in myself with every class I take. I can't picture myself stopping kickboxing!
