If you go to their website, you'll see a lot of 5 star reviews. Don't trust reviews on a company's website. It biased. They choose what to put there. At least 3 of the reviews are from teachers or the owner. One of their names is spelled uniquely and she used that name - obvious.
The center is nice, care is not. Lots of yelling at kids. Lots of seeing teachers sitting and talking. Forced kids to stay on their mat nearly an hour after after nap was over and reprimanded them for not staying there because teacher wanted to relax. If you ask more than "how was her day?" you are seen as the problem. They love foreign parents who don't speak English because they don't talk much.
I had this issue and so did my friend who has her daughter here. I loved Miracle. Brittney (director) was ok. She was nice but didn't listen or communicate well I guess. Maybe the teachers lied. We heard A LOT "the front never told me" from our teacher. Lots "I'll leave a note" and no follow up.
They don't provide a menu to parents directly (only post to a board) because they change it all the time. All the time. You can't count on it. You'll never really know what your child eats until you get that report at the end of the day.
It also smells badly up in there. My girl would come home and stink. Never seen that before. My friend's daughter always has bad diaper rash. I question how well they clean kids.
We are at home now. The last day (with notice) I was told no more diapers. They said my daughter had been without diapers for 3 days. No one told us and it's not to be seen on any email and they never called me.
