John Guttell, MD

my wife and I have been patients of Dr Guttell for over 40 years. he is/was our primary car doctor. WE recently moved out of the area and requested copies of our records. The record dept was efficient intaking all the information but before they would mail them to us , we recieved a statement sayintg the would release the copies after they recied the approx $30 for the copies. This is not a complaint about the money, rather feel insulted that after 40 years as a patient they want to charge us for our records. This does not seem fair or a good business procedure. I foinf Dr Guttell to be reputable and a good doctor. I am just surprised about this request
