Arland Equipment Rental

I rented a skid steer for one 24 hour period. I used it at my house and needed to continue my use at a customers house. The owner of arland rentals shows up to my customers house, opens the gate and go on the Property without calling or asking . He starts up the skid steer and loads it on his trailer.
I had maybe 3 hrs use and from my understanding should have a 8hrs use total in a 24 hr period. Arland refused to reimburse me any money. His reason for his actions was because he has had things stolen from him in the past and assumed that was what was happening here. Again without calling or asking anyone what was going on or why I moved it or anything. Very unprofessional. !!! I won’t be renting from this company again and would strongly advise anyone else to beware!!! (Contractors beware ) Can be a very embarrassing situation with your customers.
