Ill-Trained technician caused 2 significant floods in our restaurant after being called in to repair our ice machine, however the company refuses to assume responsibility for the damages caused. Our machine never once leaked before this company serviced it, but within hours of his visits, we had 2" of water in our dining room and kitchen not once, but twice. We were gouged for over $700. Do yourself a favour and avoid employing this company's services.
