Just a note to thank you and your company for providing the tent for our Vintage Festival at CTMP last weekend. The crew that installed the tent on Thursday morning were first class. The tent was perfect for our event, and it survived a rather extreme rainfall on Saturday afternoon. I hope all was in order when you retrieved everything. A couple of the zippers were not functioning on the end panels – it didn’t affect us, just wanted you to know we didn’t break them.

I want to thank you so much for your help with the wedding this past weekend on July 8th! You were so wonderful to work with, quick on emails and very thorough.

Everything went well with the set-up. Your dispatch guy gave me a heart attack on Friday saying that it won't all fit on the barge and we would need to do 2 trips. But it did all fit in the end and there was even extra space to spare. He actually called me on Sunday as well to see how it went. What a nice touch!!!!!!!!!! He was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO nice. I appreciated the follow up.

Darek gave us excellent advice about the tents and heaters for a garden party in November. The guys who put up and took down the tents, as well as delivered the extra walls, were all highly professional. Equipment was clean and in good shape, and the service was excellent.
Would use Gervais again in a minute, and would highly recommend them to anyone planning an event.

Phil was kind of expecting to work – so I told him he could go by and see how things are going. Think he was happy to be a part of it. His health has been really poor so he can’t currently do the onsite events – but this keeps him in the game a little. (I know you’d be fine without him but never hurts to have some extra support onsite if they need anything.)

As usual – Gervais is our favourite event partner! (Seriously – never any drama with you guys – service is unmatched against any of our partners - amazing! A GIANT THANK YOU TO YOU AND YOUR TEAM AS WE TRULY COULDN’T DO IT WITHOUT YOU. I STAND ON THE SITES WHEN THE TENTS ARE IN AND LOOK AROUND AND GO – WOW, WITHOUT GEORGE & GERVAIS I TRULY DON’T KNOW WHAT WE’D DO. I KNOW THIS WAS A CRAZY BUSY TIME FOR YOU AND YOU DIDN’T HAVE TO TAKE OUR JOBS. APPRECIATE THAT YOU NOT ONLY TOOK THEM – BUT GAVE US THE USUAL STELLAR SERVICE ALWAYS MAKING US FEEL LIKE WE WERE A PRIORITY.
