Reflections Counselling and Psychotherapy Services

Reflections Counselling and Psychotherapy Services provides counselling and psychotherapy, in French and English, to adult (18+) individuals with challenges related to anxiety, depression, or mood, that does not require the treatment of another specialized service. Some potential issues include: anxiousness, guilt and shame, sadness, automatic thoughts, distress intolerance, panic attacks, self consciousness, mindlessness, lack of motivation, impulsivity, feelings of worthlessness, feelings of helplessness, and passivity. Services are currently supervised by a clinical psychologist. Please note that clients may seek services on their own or by referral; however, clients will be seen by appointment only (no walk-ins).
