I wanted to surprise my daughter on her wedding day and booked the Excalibur. I paid a little less than $2000 for 5 hours. The limo was in a pretty bad shape. It was a rainy day on July 16 th and the water was dripping on top of our heads inside the vehicle. So embarrassing in front of my American guests. A regular limo with less than a quarter of this price would have been a lot better.

I had booked an appointment with London limo for a pick up and drop off to the airport at 5a.m. Driver was on time. But the thing that got me the most to give a 5 star is that the driver had brought me a cup of coffee for my morning. I assume because it was an early request that a coffee would help his customer. Guess what; it did! Honestly that small act was worth loyalty for a very long time!

London Limos provided us with multiple services over the span of three days. Even though we have had a number of various bookings, they were always flexible, prompt and professional on the last minute requests, changes or cancellations.
Highly recommend using this service, especially for VIP events, and High Level Officials. Their dispatch and drivers were exceptional and professional.

I booked the limo bus after receiving a quote with London Limos. Less than 48 hours before the scheduled service Eric called me (after 4:30 on the Thursday before the event on Saturday)to advise the quote was wrong and I had to pay the new price (which happened to be DOUBLE what I was originally quoted!!). Naturally I was very upset given that the event was in two days and I likely wouldn't find another limo in such short notice. My fiancé called and spoke with Eric saying that it was unacceptable to double the price two days before and that we wouldn't pay that price and that he wanted to speak to the manager. After asking to speak to the manager many times and Eric saying it was not possible Eric said that if my fiancé wanted to speak with the manager he could wait on hold until MONDAY and then put my fiancé on hold and continued to put him on hold the several times my fiancé called back!!!!! He then sent me a confirmation email cancelling the service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! It was a horrible and stressful experience!!! If I could give them a zero star I would!
The whole truth of this event is lacking in this post. I remember the conversation well. They were misquoted by a new employee. The trip was booked on the Wednesday Sept 10 and the mistake was noticed within 24 hours of the booking on Sept 11. The customer was called about the error on Thursday Sept 11. This trip required the Limo Bus (20 people ) to pick up in Springstein Manitoba and drive all the people to several different homes all over the city of Winnipeg at 2am Sunday morning. The correct price for the trip was $575.
I did phone the manager that afternoon and informed him of the issue and I was given direct instructions that the customer had to pay the real price for the trip. I called back the customer and was called a liar repeatedly and my integrity was attacked. I was also yelled at. At that point I could see no resolution and informed the customer that I will be canceling the trip. I informed him the manager would not be in the office till Monday and he would have to wait till then to speak to him. He kept on pressing to talk to the manager. I told him if he wanted to stay on hold till Monday, which he replied "yes, he would hold" Then I put him on hold. He did call back several times, but it being rush hour and me being the only one in the office I had to repeatedly put him on hold due to dealing with other calls and dispatching trips to the drivers. Each time I put him on hold he would just hang up and call back, losing his turn in line of priority.
I am sorry that the issue with the price was not corrected sooner, and that there could not have been a better outcome.
