We have used Erin MIlls LImos many times in the past and the service and the vehicles are always top notch!

I am so pleased with the outstanding service we received for our wedding day. We ordered an 8-10 person stretch limo to drive the Groom/Groomsmen to the ceremony, a bus to drive the Bride/Bridesmaids to the ceremony and then around for the rest of the day and bus to pick up guests from the hotel the following morning. My husband said the driver he had in the morning did a fantastic job making sure they arrived on time. Paul, our bus driver for the entire day and morning after went above and beyond to help us! We had quite a bit of things that needed to be brought to the reception and home again and he did more than his job helping us pack everything. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. The prices are also very reasonable. I would definitely hire Erinmills Limo again.

The drivers were great, thoughtful and so funny. Nasser and James did a good job! They were friendly and so helpful to all of us. They were never late and always so patient with us. The Limo was gorgeous and so spacious.

Wonderful service. The driver was prompt and in good spirits when he arrived. He was professional when talking to the parents and happy when talking to the kids. The girls were bursting with excitement when they were in the limo and he helped to make the evening magical for them.

Having used Erin Mills Limo Service before I knew what great service to expect but thank you so much for the great service you provided before and during prom night for my daughter and her friends. The limo was on time with a FANTASTIC driver who was charming and entertaining throughout what I imagine was a loud few hours! The girls had a great time and the service was a 10++!!

I was originally supposed to have a simple wedding. Thought a limo would make it to 'flashy'. I was in for a surprise. From the moment the limo arrived, to the moment it left, I felt like I was in the world of luxury. Our driver went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect-for me. I had the pleasure of the service of Erinmills Limousine for our staff Christmas dinner last night. Frank, our driver, was prompt, courteous, and friendly. The car was spotless both inside and out, and had the full service of decanters and every type of glassware for whatever you wanted to drink.

Unlike so many positive reviews on this site I wanted to share my recent wedding day experience using Erin Mills Limo.

Our wedding day was on an extremely hot July day and unfortunately for us as soon as we were picked up at the salon we noticed how extremely hot the Hummer was inside. Adjusting the temperature gauges did zero to help with the heat. Upon mentioning this to the driver we were given a dozen excuses and essentially nothing was done. The driver did not admit that there was an issue and as the day progressed the temperature just kept getting hotter. Nothing was done to find a resolution and our entire wedding party suffered from the heat and discomfort. In addition to this the driver was beyond rude about the whole situation.

After contacting the company to voice our complaint after the fact. They refused to acknowledge an issue or problem and did not offer or attempt to provide a fair resolution. Beware when booking with this company!!!!!

I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service. Everything went well and Merrick and Amar were great. They were very professional and thoughtful. We would certainly recommend Erinmills Limousine Service to our friends. It made the evening extra special.

As a busy mom, driving around two kids to all their events can get hairy. My teenage daughter and her friends needed to get to the Molson Amphitheatre for a concert and the family schedule did not allow us to drive her ourselves. Although I was a bit nervous about sending them on their own, I thought it would be great to have them take a Limo to the event. It was "awesome", as the girls said. The service was excellent, the driver, Alex was extremely professional and personable. Mary Lou was very helpful, friendly and professional. I'm over my nerves now and will definitely use Erin Mills Limousine again, and again.
