Had screen frame that was warped and needed repair as well as a screen patio door that was sticking terribly. John was able to fix them both within a relatively short period of time and the cost was more than affordable. Great work John!

I called Doctor screen yesterday and spoke to the owner who told me someone will contact me the next day.That someone turned out to be John Archer.He came over looked at the screens I needed replaced and gave me a price.I agreed and within forty five minutes he was done.
John had the biggest smile and was very polite and professional and right away I felt at ease.
It is not too often you meet someone you can trust to let into your house right away.
He was most helpful and very pleasant and the conversation just flowed easily.

Our cat broke through a screen at the back of the house leaving a huge hole.
I called Doctor Screen this morning and Brian Carlos answered right away. He said he was at a job but would come in the afternoon.
He arrived before 2pm took the broken screen out and replaced it with a pet screen. I got him to replace another screen where the cat also liked to sit just in case he decided to try getting out through that one.
He did a perfect job, the screens look great.
I would recommend him to anyone.

I moved into a house 4 years ago and had more work than I expected, one being the basement double side slider screen. I tried by my self to have a screen made but after being told how to measure, the screen turned out to be too small and did not fit well. When I called DoctorScreen, they told me that they would come out to my house and measure and make a screen on site and guaranteed that it would fit. And that' exactly what happened (after a few tries). You see, the window itself was warped and it was very difficult to fit. But, fit it did and very well. I would sincerely recommend DoctoScreen to anyone with out hesitation.

John showed up early to replace our over sized patio door screen. It was tricky to remove the screen door, but he spent the time and did it. The screen replacement was excellent, it looks transparent. Thanks.

My kitten decided to try to eat the window screen. Not very tasty, and seriously dangerous! I called a number of screen repair places, with an appointment set then abruptly cancelled by the company just prior to the appointment. I frantically tried to review and book a reputable screen repair company, and I was so glad to find Dr. Screen! All of my questions were answered, phone calls for me to reschedule were promptly returned. On the day of the repair, John called prior to the appointment to confirm the time of arrival and it put my mind at ease. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. The screens were repaired quickly with pet mesh, and he brought up screen swatches to demonstrate the difference between a regular screen and pet mesh. The price was excellent, the work was done quickly. Will I use Dr. Screen again? You bet your hungry kitty I will! Job well done. One happy customer!

John has done two screen visits at my place which is in Chinatown and very difficult to find parking for the truck trailer that Screen Doctor uses. John hung in through the no parking problem and did meticulous expert work. The windows look great. Super thanks John.

Had a 4' x 8' patio door rescreened with "pet screening" as well as 6 more southerly exposed window screens. The mobile service saved me a lot of aggravation in trying to transport the oversized door myself for repairs. The technician was courteous, fast and also serviced the rolling wheels of the patio door. Job well done.
