Service that was supposed to be provided:
4 hour Limousine service 9-11 pm at a cost of $500 cash. (would not accept credit transaction and no receipt was provided for the cash transaction)
List of deficiencies:
• Passenger side window would not open.
• Music system had electrical problems.
• No sun roof.
• Track Lighting did not work properly.
• Vehicle smelled like exhaust fumes while in transit
• ***Additionally and most importantly; our driver was unreachable for 1.5 hours out of the 4 hours that the Limo was booked for. We had tried to reach him multiple times but our calls would go straight to his voice mail.
Do not use this Limo service.
