Considering that the entire back wall and eight feet along the sidewall of our house had to be manually dug up in order to rebuild the block foundation, I was surprised how quick the team was. The completion of the repair did not take more than a few days. They cleaned up all of the mess and were kind and considerate. I can't recommend this waterproofing company enough. Our property's rear wall developed a leak, which left our finished basement in a very bad state. We hired RCC waterproofing Peterborough to make the repair after finding them on Homestars. They completed the ad in a day and performed an excellent job. They excavated the area, used waterproofing materials to seal it, and then rebuilt it. We are appreciative of what they accomplished because we haven't had a leak again since they arrived.

Justin, Roger and his crew came to our house and redid a horrible waterproofing job that another company did and finally fixed our leaks. Plus its got a lifetime warranty on it so no matter what it will be fixed. That's seriously how you do customer service. RCC is great!

I am grateful to RCC for stopping these horrible smells in the basement and cantina. Somedays the smell of mildew was just horrible and I did't want to go down in the basement. The guys advised us on an interior waterproofing to get rid of the smells and help moisture so we decided it was worth it. They did a fantastic job and was professional every step of the job.

My sump pump was on its last legs and I have no idea how to replace or install one of these things so I got RCC Waterproofing to do it for me. They gave us some options and told me why I should go with the sump pump that they offer, so we did. RCC replaced the old one with the new one. Thanks guys.
we found some cracks that were letting water into our house. We decided we needed this fixed and called RCC to do the job. They gave us a couple ways of completing the job and based on our budget we went with the interior waterproofing method. So far we have had no water since the team came in. Justin came to our property and found where the entry areas were for the water. He wrote a contract on the spot and we decided to sign and pay the deposit then and there. He asked us to remove the AC before the crew could come in and do the work. Considering this was winter time, it was no issue. The waterproofers came a few weeks later. They dug down the area in question and applied the layers of protection to the outside of our house. They backfilled the hole and cleaned up the area like new. Job well done RCC and Justin. I have been having leaks in my basement for a couple years now that keeps getting worse. I finally called RCC and got an estimator at my house within a week. Justin originally quoted we do 31 feet, across 2 adjoining walls. After a bit of time, we noticed some more issues and had Justin reassess the area before the crew was expected to come. Another 8 feet were added to get to the edge of the wall. The waterproofing was not delayed even with the additional footage being added last minute.
Joey's team that came to work in my basement was quite small, but they broke up the area for the trench and floor drain so easily. Within hours, the basement looked totally different, with weeping tiles installed. By the end of the day, the trenches were sealed up and flush with the ground. Now my basement is dry and problem free with RCCs help.

Justin came to my house in Oshawa in January and reassured me it was a small crack and that RCC would be able to fix it no problem. The crew came a few weeks later to dig down and waterproof the small area in the front of my house that has been causing issues. They added weeping tiles and sealed up the wall. It was done in one afternoon and the team left no traces of being on my property.

Your team was great and excavated 50 feet and waterproofed it all in just a couple days work. I was so shocked at how clean the work was done and my lawn was left.
