Damiani Jewellery

My husband bought my Rolex at Damiani and for the last few months it was un clipping and almost falling off my wrist. I drove from Mississauga to go see them and the watch repair guy fixed it on the spot. Great service and I got to take my watch home. I would definitely recommend them. While I was there I also eyed a few new pieces I would like. So my hubby will definitely have to see them for my next gift.

Read the claim ticket if you leave anything for service! They accept responsibility for SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS! That's right....an item worth 10 grand will give you the right to get 75 bucks if they lose it!

OK, so it isn't likely they would lose it...but if they don't put the appraised value on it 75 bucks is all you get.

And...in my case they didn't even mention the brand of watch or serial number! I only noticed when I got home. My fault for not looking.

I'm going back today to get an appraised value and serial number on the claim ticket. If there are ANY issues when I go, I'll be taking the item to another jeweler. This rating is based on service so far. I will post again to update.
