D-Flawless Diamond Brokers Ltd. was established with two goals in mind - 1) To provide our clients with the background needed to make an informed decision when selecting a diamond and 2) To provide a top quality diamond that is priced in line with what our clients want to spend.

At D-Flawless, our strategy is slightly different than the typical jewellery store. We provide our clients with the exact diamond they are looking for based on their specifications. Our competitors try selling their clients what they have in stock instead of focusing on their clients' individual needs. We work with nearly 1000 diamond distributors worldwide, which give us access to almost 250,000 certified diamonds to choose from. With such a vast array of diamonds at our fingertips, as our client, you can be assured of getting what you want, not what others want you to buy.

We do not start our sales process with a pitch. We first start by educating you, our customers, on the most important aspects of diamonds so that you can make an educated decision when you are purchasing. We can do this because our sales professionals are designated as AJP's (Accredited Jewellery Professional) by the Diamond Council of America, and they are certified in diamonds by the GIA (Gemological Institute of America).

From working and shopping at various jewellery stores, we found that the information relating to diamonds being provided to customers was incorrect at times, and very often one retailer would contradict another. The retailers that did provide excellent diamond knowledge were not as competitive on pricing. When purchasing a diamond you want to be able to trust that you are getting the correct information and that you are getting the best price on your investment.

We optimize the pricing we can offer our clients by minimizing some of the unnecessary costs undertaken by some retailers. We don't have a large retail space, so our overhead is kept to a minimum. We don't have showcases filled with outdated merchandise, which keeps our carrying costs down. We want to ensure that our clients are able to purchase what they want at a price they can afford.
