Dont use this company! Dont sign a contract! They drag out the work and then think youre going to pay the entire claim with only the roof being done. They will call you several times a day (harassment) to ask if they can pick up a check. They got the contract in May 2016 and its still not completed as of today, 10/17/16. They only have 1 crew they use if that and they dont let them finish one job before they start another. They also do not pay theyre workers. Their workers will beg you for food and drink while they are at your house. It is sad how this company treats their workers and customers. Also, the original claim, they will puff it up and get as much money as possible!! They charge outrageous prices for all the work they do! The owner and managers are just greedy! Thats why they pressure their employees in the office to call you several times a day harassing you for the insurace check. All the effort they put in trying to collect, they need to put that effort in getting the work done in a timely manner. They act like storm chasers!
