I chose U-Need Storage because the price was half of the other available units all over Ontario, including the GTA and up to cottage country and beyond.

I had such an easy and efficient customer service experience with Roy, everything was done quickly through text, and once I signed the lease they sent me a map of where the unit is located which made it easy to find. They provide a high security lock and key, and the access code for the lot is intuitive - something unique to you & easy to remember.

When I showed up to load my items into my unit on a Saturday afternoon Roy was there and offered to get his hands dirty and help unload, which was above and beyond, and absolutely not an expectation.

I ended up renting a second unit, and will rent a third, because at this point why would I search elsewhere when the price and customer service are this good, and they have several locations in the GTA.

We are in the midst of moving and needed temporary storage for our belongings as there was a gap on our new home closing. All the correspondence, arrangements and communication was spot on including transparency in costs and when and what would be billed to our card. NO follow ups necessary, they covered all their basis and we couldn't be happier! On the Saturday of our move out we realized that the storage unit we rented would be too small and that we needed more storage. The owner answered my husbands call right away on a Saturday, offered an extra storage unit for next no nothing and sent confirmation of codes, directions, etc. to my husband's cell phone via text that same day! He even included a video of how to drive/ gain access to the storage unit. When my husband arrived, there was a lock and a key ready to go on the floor of the extra storage unit. These guys made the stress of moving and storing our stuff way less stressful. If you need any storage, look no further, will use these guys again for any future needs and highly recommend! Kendra is a very helpful lady. Had all the information needed to rent me a unit straight away.
Prices are very competitive for their units considering the are 8 feet wide rather than most other places only offering 5 feet wide.

If you’re looking for a storage place and you don’t need all the bells and whistles and all you’re looking for is a storage unit at a great price. This is the place. I have been there now for over five years and anytime I’ve needed to talk to somebody be at a weekday or weekend, they either call me back really quickly or somebody picks up the phone. I have recommended this place to many many people, and all of them have been very happy.
