Ordered item with expedited shipping. Got it 2 weeks later!

I ordered a NoNo hair remover from Accessorywise after I saw an advertisement on Amazon. It got here very quickly and I used it right away. I have to say that after using 3 other laser and so called hair removers, that this is the only one that really worked. My legs are really super smooth and the hair didn't come back just like they promised. My skin got irritated using some other products I've tried and I couldn't do the laser treatments because it was too rough on my skin so this product really was a miracle for me. I would highly recommend the Nono and accessorywise.com to anyone. Their service was very personal and the man I dealt with was so kind and patient, he helped me with using the product correctly and checked in to make sure I was happy with everything.

We have been making orders with this site for a few months mostly cases and chargers and all orders went through without a hitch so far. They have an easy return system and very helpful customer service people working there who helped us to switch a case to another color (girlfriend changes her mind frequently) and they got it done in no time and got the new case here in only a few days. I ordered a I phone 5c Lifeproof case that when on the phone people could not hear me talking. It was to replace my old lifeproof case that was cracked after 2 years. I returned the case to them with a note and did not hear from them in over two weeks. I sent a second request to inquire of the status of the return, and I received a long involved letter back explaining the return process and all the requirements you must meet before you are even allowed to return something and was told how how it has to be done within a certain time frame . Even If you do all of that all you can get is a store credit you cannot get refund. You cannot even request that the defective product be replaced . you have to follow a the long involved process. I only spent $25 and i guess i can kiss the money goodbye. extremely poor customer service. I will never do business with them again
