I have bin a customer at Commack Goodyear for over 20 years and I went online today to let others no what I have experienced at my last visit.My car was pulling to the right and it is a new car 2017 ! The mechanic took my car for a ride when he came back he put my car up on the lift and found a problem . He called me out to the shop area and showed me the problem when I asked if he could fix it he told me he could but that I should take my car to the dealer I bought the car from because the problem seamed to be a faulty part that should be covered under warrantee !! He handed me my keys said I should call and make an appointment with the dealer !! When I went inside to the manager I was told that there was no charge !! Thats why I go to Commack Goodyear good Honest Technicians and a Great Store Manager that knows how to Manage !!!
