Jesus says right off the bat we have a 2 hr. wait. (made an appt. online last night, all the times where available? ) so I ask him too check the tire. Which he does, says he cannot guarantee that they can patch it. The nail was not on the sidewall, it was right in the middle? So he could not give me a straight answer if it would be free or not? I said I don't want to do it. He quickly turns around and walks away. No Thank You for considering Goodyear for your service needs, nothing. I took it to Midas, they had it patched and on my way in 30 min. For a small fee. Do us a favor and don't advertise free tire repair, I know it's what you use too hook Customers in, but it doesn't always work and you get reviews like this one instead. Good tires, crappy customer service.
