The moving crew smacked one of my couches into my siding and damaged it. They said they would hire someone to fix it. They tried to back out and offer me $40 instead of repairing, but I insisted that they provide the repairs. Well the gong show they sent to fix it was comical. They removed it, bashed it back out and touched it up with a magic marker. If the one worker didn't look so inappropriate, I would have asked them to improve the touch up , but at that point I just wanted them off my property. I thought the worst was behind me, then my wife sat on the couch several weeks later and noticed the arm rest was completely shattered. I contacted Leon the franchise owner, and he basically said that this couldn't have been due to the collision with my siding, without even giving me the courtesy of coming out to have a look at the damage. Anyhow, make sure you check all your items out before you sign anything post move , no matter how sorry you feel for the workers who are forced to work upwards of 6hrs without a break. I would not recommend this company.
