Luxury Vacations in Paradise, Inc.

My wife and I attended their presentation in September of 2016 and thought this was something we could use so we purchased a membership. Unfortunately, it isn’t worth it for us. We tried a few times to get pricing on travel, yet each time we could find a better price by searching for ourselves.

Their website is not very user friendly and you have to email or call to get information.

At the presentation we were told that if you don’t save the amount of money you spent on the membership in 3 years that they would refund the membership purchase. After 4 years, this membership hasn’t saved us anything and I have requested a refund but all requests have gone unanswered!

I attended a presentation last weekend with my wife. Everyone there from the front desk girl to our salesperson was great! We liked what we saw so we purchased the platinum package! Definitely looking forward to our first trip with Luxury Vacations and saving money for other trips in the future. Hawaii here we come!

Lol..do I have your attention now? Honestly do not understand why anyone would consider any place other then Luxury Vacations..amazing packages...amazing destinations....wonderful staff that will give exactly what you are looking for. We spend all year waiting for a vacation so why not go where you actually get more for your money which gives you even more to spend and enjoy!! Call and go see these outstanding people...I promise you wont regret it and there will never be another option!

Best customer service booking a vacation in my life. They got me exactly what I wanted when I wanted. Cannot wait to use again.
