We have rented both a 5x10 and 10x10 storage unit here and we've had no issues. Very clean and secure environment and always very friendly service.

Clean and easy to access with friendly staff and great rates.

Very poor security, gate is left open all day for anyone to just walk in. The front desk pays no attention to who is coming in or out.
If you do anything they don't like that's not in the contract, they threaten eviction and just refuse to renew the lease if they can't use the contract against you legally.

85 deposit is returned to you through a cheque, and you have to wait for the owner to sign it and send it to the location for pick up...

Homeless and junkies surround the location

The place is clean and heated. Very accommodating to move to smaller storage! Well kept!

Our pass code would not work every couple of weeks and we can get in to our unit. Also you can't get ahold of anyone for days as their office hours are super wierd . And nobody calls back after you left voice messages.
Prices are good but what good is that if you can't get in specifically after promised 24/7 access. Sldk parking lot fills with water and its impossible to walk around your vehicle not even mentioning the water damage to your vehicles standing in a water for days.

Best storage facility I’ve used. Extremely clean, knowledgeable and friendly staff. The prices were cheaper than the others I called as well.

South Edmonton Storage
I chose this place at the beginning of August this year because of the 24 hour access, however after our moving truck fell through we ended up moving our belongings on foot and by cart as we didn't have the means to rent a truck. We were not moving too far so didn't think it was an issue . I got a call from Suzanne the manager of the facility when my girlfriend showed up with our paperwork and photos in a push cart. She informed me that she did not rent a unit to 'homeless people' and if there were any problems in the next few days that we would be evicted. She then deactivated our gate access code and reduced our access to 30 mins a day during business hours.
On one of the last days we got locked into our unit by Suzanne and were told to leave the premises after we had called a friend to come by and let us out .
I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone unless you are okay with forcible confinement and having the police called on you , getting evicted for no good reason and losing half of your belongings because you are forced out last minute with no where to move your things to .
We paid for a full month of storage that included 24hr access . What we got was nothing short of a nightmare.

Friendly staff but the facility needs maintenance. Doors do not get repaired during the winter. Exterior roll up door to access my interior unit only opens to 5 feet and is a head bashing risk. Was told that it would be fixed in the spring. Still waiting.

I had rented a 10' x 10' Storage unit here for 2 years. The price was reasonable, the grounds were always clean and most importantly the customer service was outstanding! If I ever need another storage unit, I would not look anywhere else.

Friendly service but don't ever run behind on rent. I went in to make a payment. They pretended like my card didn't work the first time so they had to key it in. Not only did they take the payment I went in to make but they also waited a few days and then processed another payment right after for a different amount. It was not my card on file and they did it without authorization. Sneaky sneaky tactics from a company who appears to be legit on the surface. Don't trust them.
