It’s ok and once signed up to rent has easy access to your storage. I had to take an east side storage . I found out that because the road along the storage area is gravel so all my storage item are full of dust. Mentioned but nothing has been done by the municipality ! Price should be at least less than regular prices til fixed.

I like them- solid, salt-of-the-earth folk. Made from the good stuff. Straightforward and non-slimey business. The office manager is a classy chap, he is helpful and kind.

Oct 20th 2023: Facility had a break in. Fence was cut open. Several trailers and vehicles were broken into and or stolen. Our trailer and snowmobile were both stolen. Thankfully both insured. Break in wasn't discovered until hours later (by a client) and the only notification sent was a bulk email. Manager didn't call people and even admitted they do not patrol to ensure cameras are working nor do they walk around to inspect the yard. Many trailers and campers still had their doors open hours later. We are very disappointed as this was an extremely convenient location for us and we found it to be reasonably priced. We have since removed our other trailer and boat and will be finding new storage until Storage Solutions displays better customer service and proves better care is going to be taken by management to ensure peoples belongings are stored more securely.

A very friendly and helpful staff that had the feel of a family owned and opperated business. I felt that they truly appreciated my business while ensuring I had a smooth move, both in and out of their facility. Very clean and well kept units. I would highly recomend them!

We have had a very positive experience with Storage Solutions Self Storage. Mario has provided excellent customer service and has been able to accommodate our changing storage needs (which we very much appreciate). Location is very convenient and facility is very clean!

I was only there for a short time but the staff is extremely polite and helpful. The space was clean and easily accessible the whole process was easy and customer service excellent. Diane is very sweet and professional.

UPDATE 11 Dec 2018: Facility had a break in. Several trailers were broken into as ours was (TV stolen). Break wasn't discovered until days later (by a client) and the only notification sent was a bulk email. They didn't even call people and clearly they do not patrol to ensure lighting is working. Manager ensured we understood they aren't responsible for damages. We will be moving our trailer as soon as we can.
Only been renting a spot here for just over 1 month. The customer service here is quite lacking as well as attention to detail such as inputting our email correctly. Due to an oversight on our part, as I was out of town, we were late in payment. In saying this, the way it was handled by the manager was quite rude and abrasive and it was extremely difficult to get all the info required to actually send the payment. After several emails (after they got it right this time) and a couple of phone calls we did finally get the required details to make payment which we did promptly. We would leave due to this terrible customer service and apparent disorganization but the convenience of location overrides this decision. I don't recommend this storage place if you have other options.
