I have been a personal trainer/weight management consultant for almost 20 years. I started my fitness journey many years ago with extreme exercising, fad diets and a host of other programs. I had 80 lbs to lose that had been gained and lost over a lifetime. I hired a personal trainer who educated me on the relationship between food, exercise, sleep, supplements, stress and so much more. I lost the weight and gained a new love and passion for working out. I hired on as a trainer at a local big gym, became a fitness manager and then decided I wanted to create a place where people training with me could have a more personalized experience away from big crowds and groups. I love watching my clients as their level of fitness increases so does their self confidence in so many areas.
