I won‘t do business there anymore and I hope this warning helps others!
I bought three 50lb. bags of Gator Maxx sand, which they always have in stock yet they would not allow me to return 2 of those sealed bags, just 2 days later with my receipt In hand. The guy at the counter was quite rude about it too. He said, no returns, like the sign says, as he pointed to the sign behind him. I read the sign back to him, which only stated, there’s a 5% restocking fee for returns! Duh guy, read your own sign!
I asked if I can return them and pay the restocking fee, to which he continued to just rudely utter, NO RETURNS! I said, you did not tell me that when I purchased them and the sign doesn’t say no returns nor does the receipt, it only states that there is no return for Cultured Stone, Brick, Stone or Special Orders, to which my purchase is neither of those! This is not about the money, this is a matter of principle. No where does it state that I can not return the bags of sand, if it did, then that would be fine by me, but when I’m rudely told NO RETURNS, with no further explanation or clarification, then that’s just really poor customer service!
