We picked up our new RAV4 last weekend (our third one, after Corollas amd Matrix's!).

David Cheung, the sales person, was very helpful in getting us a very good deal.
Through the process, he was respectful and seemed to care more about us than about the deal. That was very reassuring.

We have been buying/leasing vehicles from this dealership (from its old Wietzes days on Yonge Street!) for about 25 years and always dealing with Joe Valentini, now a Sales Manager.

We strongly recommend this dealership and these two individuals.

Davis always knew to recommend everyone for the perfect vehicle for him. I bring all my cars for service and repair at Wietzes and two of them are not even Toyota but a different car make. Assad is very knowledgeable, honest and a really helpful service consultant and his tech guy Shehan is a top notch mechanic who doesn't say no to any type of work/repair you give him and they always come up with a job well done. These guys are the reason why I keep coming back to Wietzes, - they've earned my trust and confidence. What more can I say?... I'm a satisfied customer.

We bought a used vehicle two weeks ago and we were worried because we don't knew about cars or car-buying in a new country for us. The kind attention by this team with our (new baby) Toyota Yaris 2012, confirms the high professionalism of the center. Just got off the phone with A.H Service Manager. We had a sunroof issue with our 2013 Sienna. Since the vehicle was just out of warranty and the repair needed was approx over 1000 to replace the switch on sunroof. The Service manager overheard my conversation with service advisor regarding the issue. He promptly offered to contact Toyota to see if they are willing to cover. Long behold few days later he managed to get the whole thing covered under warranty .

My friends and I visited this delearship along steeles and dufferin street to look for a car that best suit for my needs. A guy named Nash immediately approaches us when he saw us coming, he introduces himself to us and assisted us into their showroom. He was a very nice friendly guy and very knowledgeable on the products that he sells. I bought from him my 2016 corolla. I like their system...it was fast and hassle free transaction...thanks to Nash and his business manager Helya for helping me making the right decision and gone thru the rest of the process. I can say they handle their clients with an exceeding extra mile. I will strongly recommend this toyota delearship into my friends to you guys...it was the best experience to deal with toyota.

I purchased a Lexus CT200 from Wietzes Toyota in 2015 and the services provided exceeded my expectations. Being from Montreal, the great majority of the discussions and exchange of information happened over the phone, text and via email with a great salesperson - Nash. Through the entire negotiation and purchase process Nash went out of his way to ensure that I was comfortable (sending me several photos of the vehicle) and that everything went as soomthly as possible. As I needed to travel from Montreal to Vaughan to finalze the purchase and pick-up my car, he handled the pre-purchase inspection for me and the required provincial documentation – going above and beyond to minimize the amount of time I would need to spend in Vaughan. Nash made the entire process easy for me, he was very efficient, professional and friendly. After signing the paperwork I left the dealership with an impecably detailed Lexus – very happy with my purchase. I have since recommended Nash and Wietzes Toyota to work colleagues from the Toronto area wanting to purchase a vehicle.

i bought my car last september 2015 by the helped of david cheung. Model matrix S 2011 with the min. bet 50 - 70, 0000 mileage. and he closed the deal with the good price that i can afford. all my friends and family thought that i bought a new car but i bought a used car with the excellent condition, so far the car runs so well. he never giving me a problem. the agent was excellent. he helped me alot. He's service was thumbs up for me. I will recommend this agent to all my friends and family who is planning to bought a car.

What would normally cost you $100 at a regular auto shop, here it will be like $600+. Their service is horrible. Their customer service and management are the same. They will point out a problem that can be fixed easily, but recommend the most complicated and expensive solution, raking the profits and emptying your pockets. Example: you changed your brake pads, now you have to change the brake disks as well, even if they are perfectly fine (add $300!!! to the cost). Noise from a worn/rusty ball bearing, will translate in complete tensioner mechanism replacement. Many hours of work with labor at $115/hr. They sell parts at 4 times the market price and they overcharge just because. They tell you it will take 45 minutes only to find out it means 3 hours. Their customers are usually old people who cannot figure out they are being taken for a ride. Spend your time and money elsewhere, don't waste it here!

I found that the comments here on poor customer service pretty much justified. Checking in is a bit of a random process. Sometimes they are missing reservations so you have to go over the whole story again. The staff is superficially friendly. The service manager is unresponsive to complaints. I have leased one car and bought a second there. I will not return. There are many good people there but overall as a Toyota dealership in my opinion, they are substandard.

With all dealers, be sure to check your car for any bumps or scrapes before you leave. This is just generally a good practice to follow.

I've been dealing with these guys for years. Especially with Justin Phan and James Buttercup! Two great guys. Sometimes things change, but these eggs never do! Great service.. my 1972 camry has recently been giving me a lot of PROBLEMS. Like $5000 in parts. I needed a set of 4 long weights, both manifold bearings and my fluper valve was sticking. I got a good discount too! Thanks! Harry G.

I purchased a 2006 Mercedes SL500 on October 31, 2013 from Wietzes Motors. The dealership periodically purchases high end cars and puts them in its showroom to sell. Mine was one of these. When I bought the car I was told that the dealership just put 2 new batteries into the vehicle - this type of car has a starting battery and a battery that operates the electronics. I was promised the warranty papers. I called the dealership many times and each time they assured me that I will get the warranty papers - they never returned my calls. I had to call each time. Finally I just gave up without getting the warranty papers.

Recently, October 21, 2015 the 2 batteries gave in. Since the batteries were less than 2 years old, I called the dealership to see if there would be any compensation regarding the replacement batteries. Their answer was "no" stating that the batteries were almost 2 years old. I asked them to reconsider, even on the basis of prorating the cost according to usage. The salesman said that he will discuss this request with someone and get back to me. He never did.

As with the battery warranty papers I got tired of persuing potential compensation requests - the least a customer focused organization could do is to return customer calls and deal with each customer in a respectful and reasonable way.

It certainly appears that this dealership's customer service stops at the point of car sales.

I've been to this location for 13 years even before they moved from North York. As time goes by, their services go worse. Receptionists are rude as always, they don't know how to say thanks or sorry, and they don't know how to schedule people at all. I waited 4 hours to change engine oil for my car. If they knew that it would take that long, they shouldn't schedule me for the day. Services are good thou but I wouldn't go back as long as they keep this stupid system to let people wait longer than it should be.

I purchased a certified pre-owned 2008 Toyota Yaris from Wietzes Toyota in 2013. I was having some issues with an odor emission when using the A/C. The dealership made every attempt to solve this issue for me. The General Manager Gary Brownlie dealt with me directly, he was very kind and helpful. In the end the matter was dealt with to my full satisfaction. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone seeking to purchase a Toyota or any certified pre-owned vehicle that they sell.
