Jake quoted my job through a site called thumbtack to stain a stair railing and a ceiling beam. I provided all pictures of the job in advance. He came over our house the week after and we talked about the stain color and he started the job which he said would take a day. Well on day 3 and after several hours and hours of complaining and ranting (mainly about that he usually charges more money for jobs and how he's had so many problems with past clients) he walked off the job leaving our house a complete mess with the stair rails half stained and our ceiling beams half sanded with no stain. Left a mess on the floors and in the house, not to mention all the rambling unpredictable behavior he exhibited via text messages as well as his very unprofessional demeanor and attitude in person with my family. This guy should not be in business period.
