into the room and got the most rave reviews. People said they had never seen

We had the unfortunate opportunity to work with Craig and Designing Trendz for our wedding. Our initial meeting with Craig went very well and he provided a full outline of services for the wedding, along with many promises/certainties of it all looking beautiful. He was accommodating and showed us a floral sample, which we both really liked.
Of course, as we got closer to the wedding, it was very difficult to get in direct contact with Craig. When simple request was made to confirm all items on the quote provided, Craig replied that we should stop bothering him so that he could fulfill the job for us. We were quite upset by this, but since it was right before our wedding, we really did not have many options and had to trust he would fulfill his end of the contract.
We received different flowers and main items were missing from the delivery. When we confronted Craig the next day (having to do this after our wedding), he completely denied this, even though we had photos of the sample vs. what was delivered, showing they were materially different. Craig could have cared less and was very rude to us. He half-heartedly offered an insulting discount, which he never planned to honour (nor did he).
Never use them and if you do, hopefully you are not concerned about receiving what he shows or promises you. He is way more interested in getting your money and sending over what he can to your event.

Craig Gruzd. You are amaaaazing!!!!

You are an artist with an incredible vision! You dream, then you create, and when you create, it`s magical!

When I walked into the hall for my daughter`s wedding I was overwhelmed by the beauty, creativity and
understated elegance. You had different, but coordinating schemes for each table, and everyone told me
that as they surveyed the tables they were astounded by all the attention to every detail. And, indeed, every
little detail, from the round mirror chargers on the round tables, to the square chargers on the square tables,
and the blue lights and chairs, and the beautiful flowers which were in abundance, all worked to make a stunning
affair! My husband, who usually does not notice anything aesthetic at weddings told me how beautiful the shadow
box backdrop to the head table was! The chandeliers, and crystal drum shades were wonderful in front of the navy
crushed velvet curtains. I also loved the Kabbalat Panim, which had a similar theme, but had colourful flowers
hanging in front of the draping.

The Pièce de résistance was the fact that I called you on Monday afternoon, the day before the wedding, telling
you that the chupa I had planned on using was not working out, and can you come up with something tomorrow (which
would include a chiffon top with flower petals)!
Boy, did you come up with something!!! The chupa was gorgeous! I loved the crystal poles and the chiffon top with
the hot pink flower petals!!!!! You did it and it was Magical!!

People said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever seen in the BAYT!

Thank you Craig, from the bottom of my heart, for putting your whole heart into this wedding (and it`s not hard to see
when something is done from the heart).

Extremely content with how my floral and decor turned out on my wedding last August. Craig was amazing to deal with as he listened to the vision I had for my big day and he also made incredible suggestions which exceeded my expectations. I valued his opinion as he serviced many of my friends who all had gorgeous weddings. I RECENTLY WORKED WITH THE TEAM AT DESIGNING TRENDZ. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE SINCE I DIDN'T EXACTLY KNOW WHAT I WANTED FOR MY EVENT. CRAID GRUZD ASKED ALOT OF QUESTIONS AND LISTENED TO MY LIKES & DISLIKES. THE SECOND TIME WE MET HE WAS RIGHT ON THE MARK WITH THE SAMPLES HE SHOWED ME. IT'S NICE WHEN SOMEONE REALLY LISTENS. THE DAY OF MY PARTY I WAS SO HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS! HE WENT ABOVE & BEYOND,EVERY DETAIL WAS ACCOMPLISHED. MY GUESTS WERE SO BLOWN AWAY BY THE BEAUTY & ELEGANCE ON OUR SPECIAL DAY. I WOULD TRULY USE DESIGNING TRENDZ SERVICES FOR ANY FUNCTION THAT I WILL HAVE. I WAS PROUD TO HAVE THEM TO MY PARTY!!

Guests entering the ballroom were immediately awed - crystal candlelabras, mirrored charger plates, and cascading floral arrangements. If that were not enough, there was the magnificent three-tiered water fountain dripping with flowers. What a 'WOW' factor! Everything 'oozed' elegance. Craig and his team captured every element on our wishlist of what our dream wedding was to be. It was also a pleasure and a lot of fun collaborating with Craig. His creative ideas are endless! We highly recommend Designing Trendz to anyone who is looking for a unique and stylish wedding.

BEWARE AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Please save your money and your sanity and go somewhere else. This company is a sham. The owner Craig cancelled appointments and stood us up after we gave him our deposit. With less than two months until the wedding, he cancelled with a rude phonecall (we had booked him to provide rentals and decor) - obviously an event which offered him more money had come up, and he felt no sense of obligation to honour our contract. We demanded our deposit back, and expressed how disappointed we were with the horrible service. Craig responded by repeatedly harassing us with derogatory emails, calling the bride-to-be horrible names and swearing profusely, becoming quite scary and unstable. When the emails persisted over several days, we had no choice but to seek legal advice and THREATEN TO INVOLVE THE POLICE to have him charged for harassment. It was a complete NIGHTMARE, to the point that we were frightened of this clearly unstable behavior. We honestly feel better now that we have moved, have an unlisted number and no forwarding address... it was scary crazy and traumatic. ALSO - PRICES AT DESIGNING TRENDZ ARE INFLATED. We booked another company that had the exact same inventory to choose from and very talented designers to work with, and paid around $3000 less than Designing Trendz quoted us. So thankfully, we saved tons in the end by avoiding Designing Trendz. Go somewhere else, get the same equipment and decor (or better) for less money, and save yourself the trauma of dealing with this horrid company. We are so thankful we found another amazing company for our wedding, and we couldn't be happier that we did not have to involve Designing Trendz in our special day - it turned out amazingly without their drama, negative energy, abusive behavior and rip-off pricing!!!

I wanted to rate Craig and the team at Designing Trendz for thier amazing work and service! Craig is an individual who provides great advice and a stylish product. I can not wait to see what he will do for the wedding!!!

Great quality at a great price and the designing team is a delight to work with. Superb selection of flowers, linens and gorgeous centerpieces. They are wonderful people who deserve each and every award they have received!!
