What superb customer service! Ashley Purdy has been our resource since I purchased my first mobile phone! She is Professional, personable and patient. I have sent several new customers her way after hearing them talk about the poor service they were receiving from their providers.
Her leadership in that location reflects the gold standard of management by example!
She has provided over the phone support when I have been working in various parts of the US.
She deserves recognition for the reputation that she had earned for herself, the store and your company!

Ashley Purdy has been our Go To AT&T representative since I bought my first mobile phone. Now I have two iPhone 6 and one iPhone 5 on the family plan... In response to her wise counsel and superb customer service. Entering that store is a pleasure. Her staff is friendly, always greets as we walk in the door. She returns phone calls and resolved problems over the phone when I have been working all over the United States. She is professional, personable and PATIENT!
I have sent several customers her way upon hearing their complaints about other providers.
She represents the ultimate in customer service and leadership in that store. At a time when people express high dissatisfaction about the entire industry, you should share the remarkable comments and success of Ashley Purdy. We appreciate her and we hope you do too!

Susan is an excellent employee and is knowledgeable about devices and was instrumental in selecting Samsung Device. I would highly recommend this location.
