I have purchased two new 40’ seacans from Yellowhead storage in the last few years and I have dealt with Mercedes Baxter on both occasions. She was absolutely wonderful to deal with and if I ever have an occasion to buy a third one, I will deal with her for sure. The purchase was flawless, and the delivery was on time. Mother nature did provide a little difficulty due to rain snow and wet road conditions, but that is nobody’s fault. If you were in the market for a sea can, I highly recommend dealing with Mercedes at Yellowhead storage.

I was in the process of renting a moving van when I walked in and talked to Machayla. I was not at the correct location. She helped me find the correct location to rent my cube van. When I had issues with the correct location, I called Machayla back to see if she had what I needed. Turns out, she didn't. But...

This is where Machayla's service went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND what I would have expected. To keep this story short. Machayla found what size of cube vans were available in Edmonton and directed me to the location that had what I needed. AND she booked my van at that location.

If this is the service I received as a non-customer, I can't imagine what the service is like when I am a customer.

Thanks again Machayla. You saved the day!

I love the staff here. They go out of their way to help. I've had a storage unit there for over 2 years, and the contents were always safe and secure.

I especially want to give thanks to Rachel and Mercedes. I had rented a Budget truck for a move from Yellowhead Storage and left the elevator key from my new place in the truck. The apartment wanted to charge me over $2,000 because they would have to replace all the elevator locks! The truck had been rented as soon as I dropped it off and was heading towards Williams Lake, BC! Rachel and Mercedes went the extra mile by reaching out to the person who rented the truck, and he did confirm that the key was there. They contacted the place that would receive the vehicle at the destination and had the key mailed back, saving me over $2,000! Honestly, you will not get better customer service.

The entire experience was great. Prices are better than average. Service is significantly above average. The site is clean. Units are well kept.
The amazing service I experienced when I walked in the door was great. It's not often you feel really good after making a purchase and signing a contract.

Called the office on Sunday @1:30 and spoke with Machayla S. Wanted to find out if any storage units were available today as our daughter was moving but the apartment was not ready and she needed a storage unit ASAP. Machayla S. advised they were only open until 2:00 but she would stay and make sure our daughter had a place to store her contents. There are not too many places that would go the extra mile like Machayla at Yellowhead Storage.
We are not from Edmonton but will definitely recommend Yellowhead Storage and THANK YOU Machayla!!
