Great customer service. I went to get my bike shoes fixed which I did not even buy from their store but they fixed them by cutting the sole and putting new cleats without even charging anything. Such wonderful guys and they even guided me how to use the shoes properly. Really appreciate the knowledge and wisdom they shared. Highly recommended 👌

Friendly and HONEST staff. Fair pricing. I got a a basic tune-up because my mountain bike didn't shift into the top six gears, needed the rear wheel spokes to be true'd and the front brake disc wasn't being clamped evenly on both sides. I made it worse by loosening and then retorquing all of the adjustable bolts I could, then the chain started rubbing.

I was about to buy another bike until these guys aligned, tightened and lubricated everything and got my bike working like new for like $70.

It's hard to find honest people that do good work; and to actually get what you paid for. Both are true here.

Amazing service. Possibly the best service I have any place I’ve been to. Not just a bike shop, but anywhere. Peter was amazing and really helpful and made it such a great experience.

i have now visited the Pedalinx Bike Shop on Derry Road in Mississauga twice for service. Both times, the work that was needed was minor (not so minor to me) and each time the work was completed at no charge and always with a friendly smile and above any expectation that the work/labour involved would done at no cost to me.
These folks are wonderful. I have seen people come in and ask for their tires inflated and they never say 'no'.
In today's times when customer service just doesn't exist anymore it is truly a breath of fresh air to see that customer service does exist at Pedalinx Bike Shop in Mississauga!

Me and my son had a great experience at the store. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Thank you for your assistance and expertise.

Brought my 1st bike helmet from the store. Extremely experienced staff who asked my needs and recommended few helmets for me to choose from. Measured my head size with properly placed my ponytail through the helmet, apparently my helmet size is a big difference from my hat size. Who knows right!

If you snowboard or ski, the helmet size will be the same.

Highly recommend!

I take my reviews seriously and have never given any place a 1 star, My experience started amazingly as I bought my first bike during covid and Peter was great advising on what was available and what best matched my needs. Unfortunately it went downhill from there. After purchase service was horrible to say the least in fact it included being yelled at by the technician once and finally Peter himself. Never have I felt as a customer so humiliated.

Bad experience.. I went to them to change the tubes They ruined the tires and said it was a previous problem, knowing that we checked the tires when I brought the bike and they said otherwise you go to them to fix a problem and leave them with you have many problems, a waste of time and money as well..

My first time at this place, Got my kids bike fixed here today, and very good customer service and honest guys will be back.

A Bike shop without a single speed chain?!
Absolutely disappointed, the solution for them was “call Gears”
Bike shops are MEANT to solve customer problems, more specifically focused on their bikes, i thought these guys were joking but yeah, i was looking at the wrong “Bike Shop”

Chain of my kids’ bike was coming off again and again. He spent several hours fixing the problem from root instead of reducing chain’s length which was solution provided by other shops. Very pleasant overall experience. Highly recommended

Peter was so, extremely helpful and went above and beyond to gather everything we needed for our cycle tour.

I asked over the phone if they were able to fix my tire on my ebike and they said yes and the same person confirmed a couple more times that it was electric and when I had went to the store and they said we dont work on e bikes

Brian assisted me with replacing one of my tubeless tires with a GP5000. His professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the process, and I would strongly recommend his services.
