This company is not professional. If the president himself can't even handle a phone call to ask some simple questions, then what kind of impression will people get of this company? I sure as hell wouldn't trust them with lives. Read the bio, he tries to reach your sympathy, but that back fires to the readers who find the bio suspicious to begin with. The president of Insuranceland is completely rude and doesn't conduct business in a professional manner at all. If he can't even handle a call, then how would he handle anything else? Not good. Very poor conduction of business. Me and my network of people with never trust to do business with them.
