Adams Storage Uptown is the nicest storage set-up that I've ever had - outstanding range of sizes, very clean and convenient - and I've moved between sizes of lockers easily. Office team is great to work with too!

Iv been with Adams storage for two years. You can always guarantee a happy reception when you go into your storage, everyone is so nice and polite at hillside. Iv never worried about my furniture and its well being really does give me piece of mind.

My experience has been at the Esquimalt location, where I have had two lockers for 18 years. Yes, 18 years, and when the place flooded I was able to switch over to a locker at Uptown which has saved my bacon. Good company and good people. Due to the recent flooding in Esquimalt, we discovered that we needed to move our storage items to a new location. We expected the process to be long and arduous, but the team at Adams Storage made it incredibly easy. They quickly helped us find a new unit at their Uptown Mall location and made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend!

We’ve been with Adams Storage for over ten years now, and it truly feels like working with people we can trust. The facilities are always secure and well-maintained, but what really stands out is the kindness and professionalism of the team. They’ve consistently gone above and beyond for us, and that kind of service is rare. We’re genuinely grateful for the peace of mind they’ve given us over the years — Adams Storage is a gem.

The facility is kept quite clean. Large, metal dollies are available. Washrooms on site. I'm renting a locker on the second floor, so need to use the freight elevator, which is rather slow. Been renting here seven years. Not pleased with the annual rent increases, especially the past two years', but I suppose the costs are competitive for the region.

I was between residences and needed a small storage unit for 6 months. The location of Adams near Uptown was perfect for me The unit was the perfect size, clean and very easy to access within the facility. They also had dollies and other equipment available to facilitate move in and out so that was a bonus too. The staff were always helpful with any questions I had when moving it. I would highly recommend them as lots of different unit sizes and facility was perfect and price very reasonable.

This facility is great! I stored with them for 2 years and had nothing but a positive experience. Very well kept, clean, and secure. The front desk staff were also always very helpful either in person, or over the phone.

I rented a small storage unit here in 2021 for 2-4 months. There was a full time staff member who initially provided excellent service when securing a unit for me, but immediately after I paid and all the paperwork was completed, he showed his true colours. He was reactive, rude, and ultimately unhelpful over the course of the months of my rental. I quickly learned to avoid speaking to him & wait until another day when a different staff member was present. He made the whole experience stressful and difficult, to say the least. He apparently works at another Adam’s location & lives onsite there. I will be sure to avoid the locations he works at, or avoid Adam’s altogether, should I ever need a storage unit in the future. 2 stars because no pests/ clean building & the other staff members were helpful and friendly.

Great customer service -- professional, friendly, efficient. Rented lockers on the 2nd floor -- huge elevator, wide aisles, good lighting. Facility is centrally located, clean and secure, with easy access through large loading dock. Special thanks to Wayne, who is always helpful and never misses a thing. :)

I can always do what I need to do quickly and efficiently. I park close to the doors, grab a cart from right inside, the door opens automatically to let me in once I'm loaded up. The elevator is right there, I get in, I go up, I move in the ample-spaced hallways to get to my locker. I unload, and head back.

Everything is placed conveniently, is clean and working, and I'm in and out. I'm very please with the facilities and there's always someone there if I need help.

Super friendly staff, very accomodating, and went out of their way to help us. Nice locker, and lots of great security features to help assure you that your things are safe. Fair prices to top it all off. All around great business. Definitely will go back if in need again!
