Update on June 5 to 1 star from two after speaking with Derrick.
Gate Keeper is managed by a husband and wife team (Nick and Barbara). Barb is personable and helpful. Nick not so much.
I left Gate Keeper after many years thanks in part to Nick being cantankerous and belligerent with me. One example includes being yelled at for waiting for the gate to close. I didn't realize it was him behind me wanting out. Regardless, a little politeness goes a long way and management really should be following their own security protocol.
The lot is often slippery in the winter and I have yet to see any kind of mitigation such as salt or sand.
To top things off when I tried to reach out to Derrick, the owner, I was refused contact. Only when my account went into arrears did Derrick reach out. Rather than deal with my situation and Nick, Derrick chose to be angry at a bad review. Seems Derrick is only interested in being involved with money is owed.

What can I say but just absolutely wonderful people!
Nice place friendly staff helped my friend move her stuff to storage there. I would store my stuff here too if I needed to.
The cleanliness of the property is exceptional!
But the real jewels here are the owners...can't say enough about their professionalism that is shown in how they manage their business. If you need a place to store your treasured belongings...this is the only place I'd recommend.

Great storage options. Freindly staff. Cheap prices. Highly recommend
I kept all my belongings here for two years while travelling overseas. Barb, the manager, was extremely helpful the whole time, making the whole experience very smooth. The facilities are also fantastic! Secure, very clean and well ventilated. Even after two Alberta winters and summers, all my things, including my electronics, were still in perfect condition.
