Everything was great! The food was awesome, everyone enjoyed it!
I was very impressed with the presentation of the food station. The décor as well as how the food was presented was awesome.
As always, both Chefs were polite, professional and great to work with!

It was a pleasure meeting you last night. You are so nice and easy going, you made us feel at ease knowing that everything will run smoothly. We’ve heard nothing but excellent feedback on the food. Everyone loved it, especially the poutine and the grilled cheese. Big hit!!!! I’ve also heard great feedback on your staff as well, how nice and friendly they were.

It was fantastic!
The breads were so fresh and great tasting and the crudite cups were beyond our expectations. People loved the yellow and purple carrots. It was all so great!

Last Saturday I had a pleasant experience of attending 50th b-day party with food prepared by Peter Welanc (Seventh Heaven). Everything was delicious and I must say I have never seen the hostess so relaxed and chatting with the guests. Peter and his help did a superb job at feeding the guests with warm and delicious food.
On a side note, I do not recall the name of the waitress, she ensured everyone was taken care of. The older generations and the young ones (my kids).

Thanks again Ed for a fabulous dinner!! Wow a menu! Everything was delicious from start to finish. You even paid tribute to the Portuguese love for seafood. And I loved the hors d'oeuvres with the beet!!! Keith did a fantastic job and Eric was very sweet.
