The guys at stow & go storage are great. They answer any questions you may have. When picking up your stowed item it’s in good condition.

This was my first time using a self storage option while moving and I got to say the team at the Stow-it Self Storage made the process super easy. I got in during one of their promo's (first month free) and what a money saver it is! Stress free. We rented the 10x8 Storage Vault and I'm very happy with our choice. It fit our living room and 3 bed rooms furniture in it.

I rented a U-Haul for my move to Owen Sound from Toronto and the U-Haul location in Toronto didn’t tell me ahead of time to call the Owen Sound location for a passcode to the gated parking lot to leave the truck. I’d Stow It Storage wasn’t so understanding it would have been $100 for leaving our U-Haul outside of the store so definitely make sure to call ahead if you’re moving from out of town to get your passcode to park the truck to avoid the fee.

These folks do an amazing Job. Most organized, kind and polite U-haul rental location I have ever used (& I rent a lot of U-hauls!) The staff went above & beyond to help me. I chose to rent storage here specifically because they make everything so easy to deal with. They keep great store hours, & a 24 hour storage lot with a locked gate.

It was a breeze, Alex, the staff was welcoming and assisted me well. Monthly rent, the actual location of my storage that he showed me too. It was such a very pleasant business connection and arrangement.

The staff got the information that I needed when I came for a visit.

I've rented U-Haul trucks from these guys and more recently stored my motorcycle with them. Had a last minute change in my storage plans and they accommodated me same day and are just the nicest people. Can't recommend them enough!!

Pre-booked a basic trailer 3 weeks prior and then reservation was confirmed to be picked up more than 45 minutes away from my location. Hardly convenient, so I canceled and went to Terry's trailer! Excellent experience

Kevin and Cody are awesome! I’d recommend this location specifically for their customer service. These guys go above and beyond and are always super friendly and pleasant to work with. I wish all customer service could be as easy and friendly to work with as these guys!
