Econo Self Storage

Totally wasted my time. They were not up front on the phone. Gave me one price and only when I came in person they informed me of additional 56 dollars for a couple of "fees"

10 days to pay or your stuff gets ceased overall good experience here I just think.... what happens if you travel for work and pay cash normally?! Lol anyways just saying its a bit short of a time frame this new rule..

I would never normally leave a review, I felt it is necessary due to 1 unfortunate staff member. I came in not too long ago to inquire about a unit. I was extremely appalled at the one British staff member, the way she spoke to those other staff members genuinely shocked me. I couldn’t imagine working with someone like that. The other 2 were so nice and I feel bad that they are being subjected to this. Unfortunately I have chosen not to come back as I do not feel the need to deal with someone who would willingly treat others like this. I can only imagine the work environment when no customers are around. Props to those 2 nice ladies work!

The units themselves aren't amazing, but they are good if you need to store some inexpensive items for sure, reasonable prices.
So my review would have been 3, maybe 3 and a half stars for "fair".
Now, having said that, there is the customer service experience. For me, all of the ladies that work there are fantastic. Friendly, helpful and always so pleasant. So they alone get an extra 2 stars.
In this day and age when customer service seems to be taking a back seat to simply just grabbing our money and offering the bare minimum, every now and then you run across people that deserve recognition. Thank you ladies.

Great experience leading a spot for my van. Easy and friendly staff.

We are currently using this storage facility and love it. Been using it for over 4 years without any issues. We're only using indoor storage units not Vehicle or RV storage outside. No problems or issues as of yet.
Found the staff to be friendy. Keep up the good work

Can't get anybody to communicate with her. She has precious furniture in there. Three times they wrote down the credit card number wrong. Now my mother can't even get in there. If five phone calls later nobody has called us

Had my trailer at econo storage for 4 years and it was broken into 4 times. Each time econo storage called me and quickly said that they are not responsible for any damanage and they are doing everything they can to prevent this from happening again. But my storage rate keeps going up every year with no added security.
on the site many trailers have sign saying please dont break in the trailer is empty.
Also when my visa card expired they took it apon their self to change my EXP date and continue payment.

Horrible attitude, threatening, they inaccurately bill your credit card multiple times over resulting in an automatic lock out from the credit card company. Then send threatening letter. When we went there multiple occasions to deal with the office arriving within their advertised hours they randomly close the office early resulting in a full wasted trip.

Continues to charge your visa card and claims paperwork was never signed to vacate. It was signed my husband was witness!
Refused to help because it wasn't that specific receptionist that I spoke with. She claims my lease will only end once I email her 6 weeks afterwards 🙄
Watch these guys there all too eager and nice to get you in but are rude and unhelpful after you tell them you're leaving.
Had I not caught the charge, who knows how long they would continue on. 😡
