White Oaks

I rented a carpet cleaner from White Oaks. It did not work on the carpet setting. When I returned it I requested a reduction on the bill. They told me that they would not reduce the bill, but I could have the machine back for four hours free. I was not interested in using the same defective tool. I will never use their rental business again, and I hope no one else does without having read this review. My experience with Kensal Rental is very positive.
