I have had many storage units and shipping containers over the years. This compound, first known F all is CLEAN! No debris around. The container I was given was perfect for my needs. The best part was that all 4 closures went right in to lock the doors. No pushing or shoving to get it to close and lock. I highly recommend this business. Also communication with this business was always professional and helpful.

After 4 years our storage fees have increased dramatically and just recently our RV was vandalized on site. Someone stole our Catalitic converter. Different clientele now that it is mainly shipping containers vs family RVs when we started.

Honestly I couldn't be happier with this place. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with them. Roy and Kendra assisted me with everything. Extremely polite and helpful, with fast responses. The unit I rented is in immaculate shape. I've rented storage unites from other places and they don't even come close to compresence. Extremely well run and kept business, great costumer service.

This is my first experience with a storage company. I reached out via Kijij. I got a reply same day from a gentleman by the name of Roy who was very helpful and set me up with a temporary code to gain access to the grounds for myself and the tow truck driver up till 10pm that day. I dropped off my car and told me I could pick any spot without a pylon. They then processed my credit card after the weekend. The experience was super easy and quick - I would recommend U-need-Storage to anybody!!

Very well run company with storage and parking solutions. Video monitoring keeps things safe as well as automated gate with code access making it easy to get in and out between 7am-10pm. Easy payments by credit card and competative rates. There was a small issue with my pin not working first day but quick call in the late evening resolved the problem in two minutes. I was impressed! Dealt with Roy and Mark both of whom are easy to communicate with and professional/friendly.
