Awesome team @Pockit Abbotsford. Took the time to recognize circumstance unique to my situation upon moving in, quickly making accomodations- the fairness and willingness to understand my unique position was quickly addressed within minutes.. so glad -it could have turned into days of I need to wait for manager approval.. Thanks for an amazing reasonable team at pockit Making for a quick transition for my personal Items to quickly be taken care of. Thanks so much!
Good prices with different sizes and deals to choose from. Straightforward setup with all the necessary info for future use and ease of access. The security features in place are nice to have... Code access everywhere and only people on my floor can access my floor, limiting other that don't belong there.

Everyone whoever helped me out that day Thank you all from the bottom of my heart ❤️ I got my locker at a reasonable price and because of the snow, I requested them that if possible, please give me the storage unit a day earlier and they gave me the excess on my request. Just recently started using pockit storage, so far its great. It’s straight forward and easy setting up your access. Lots of room to park close to the doors and the storage is clean and a fair price. Would recommend!
Recently, I found it necessary to rent a storage unit. Upon checking into different ones, Pockit Self Storage was my choice. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, the units clean, with elevators and washrooms available. The price is reasonable . The location has good access and. I'm very satisfied with Pockit Self Storage and highly recommend it to my acquaintances.

We received excellent advice and recommendations when we rented our locker. Not only polite but very friendly staff! The building is spotless with lots of loading equipment very handy at the door, the halls are brightly lit and spotless and the washroom facility is clean and handy. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing storage.
It’s always clean, always accessible unless you go too early in the morning like I did one day but I didn’t know the main gate had specific hours. Which is actually a good thing. Very helpful people there and I trust my stuff is safe.
Have had great customer service since the start. Very friendly and helpful. Gave me a grand tour of the whole space and showed me how everything works. Made sure I was comfortable and answered any questions. Would recommend.

Secure access via individual code, each unit is alarmed and secured with your own lock (if you don't already have one, they sell them). Access to the building and also your floor only with code, I feel confident my belongings are safe. Facilities are well maintained!! Elevators are large! PLUS free use of a large truck to move your belongings in! Superb!!

SUPER friendly staff! More than willing to show the different units, answered all my questions, and made the process easy. Facility, while busy, is super clean and accessible. Very happy with my experience.
It was easy to reserve online and the process of retrieving our code in person was smooth and easy. The lady at front desk was amazing to deal with and gave us a thorough tour of the facility. Would highly recommend
So far my experience has been great! Only had my storage for about a month and the staff were super friendly and easy to talk to. They let me see the storage unit before buying as I reserved it online. The storage facility had been easy to access and we got the unit for I would say the best price based off the surrounding storage units as we got a 50% offer for 3 months! Which is just under how long we need the storage unit for. Would highly recommend to others needing storage units especially if you are only needing a unit for a few months!

I am happily relieved about the top notch facility here in Abbotsford. The rental units including the common areas of the facility, both inside and out are always well kept. They offer a range of reasonably affordable, indoor, climate controlled, well lit, accurately sized, safe, 24hr access units. Great option to sign up online to access their latest money saving offers. I highly recommend the use of their moving truck! How convenient and what a deal! The staff here are just as helpful as can be.

My move to Abbotsford was very stressful with many moving parts to it and stops along the way. By the time I got to Abbotsford I was exhausted. One of the things that went really well was when we pulled into the Pockit Self Storage property and discovered that it was neat, clean and well organized. The staff was helpful and ensured that I got everything I needed in order to settle into my space. I don’t have to go to my storage space very often but I’m satisfied that all my belongings are safe and secure.
When I went there over a year ago, the customer service I received was excellent.
I have had no issues since then, and still have my things stored there today.

Customer service reps are very helpful and accommodating. Units/property are clean. Affordable and convenient location (for me at least)
Due to an oddly timed move, we are renting a unit for a couple of months to make our transition a bit smoother.
Sarah helped us immensely and set us up so well. She was kind enough to walk us around the facility and check out a couple of options, and patiently talked us through everything we needed to know.
It's been such a relief having this in place and would be an excellent fit for many in similar situations with a bit of a gap between places.

I would highly recommend anyone looking for a self storage to go check out Pockit! The customer service is fantastic! I was going to be late getting there to finish signing and the lady stayed after close for us to get there! The facility is clean and easy elevator access, dolly’s to move everything! Everything has just been so fantastic!
In this day and age, finding a place to rent can be near impossible. I took it upon myself to put my belongings into storage for three months so I can get the place I want. At 1/5th the price of my rent I got nearly the same square footage for the summer! Great alternative to selling everything!
This facility is great! Friendly staff, Exceptional customer service. Always clean. Great location. Easy and convenient to get to. I have never questioned any of my 1.5 years with them. I have always felt confident in the security and maintenance of this facility.
