Place Montfort

Have been living here a few years now, windows are OLD original when the building was built 40 years ago. I've had to put plastic on my windows and that too expands when wind blows. Patio door has no insulation at the bottom once again can feel the wind on windy days. Hydro bill is high in summer and winter is higher due to poor insulation. Pigeons in spring and summer, nothing can be done according to management. Superintendent Marc gossips and spreads untruthful rumors about co-workers and tenants, management listens but doesn't follow through.
