Clean facility and secure. Staff is always friendly when I interact with them.
I've actually, never visited this place at all, nor have I heard of it.
I only gave it a one-star rating based on the reviews by many others that I did read, lol.

Good storage place. Open late. Secure. Very convenient. Unfortunately, they raised their prices here considerably last year. It used to be fairly reasonable.
Nasty management, I genuinely think that they are running a big scam here. Locking people into indefinite leases without making that clear. We asked for a sixth month lease, checked out at the end of that sixth months only to find that they’ve still been charging us for our empty spot monthly for the last year.
Easy access, clean, dry storage. Pleasant staff and affordable prices in January 2023.
The lockers and space are clean and well maintained but the administration really needs some basic record keeping training.
I cancelled my lockers when the price increased by 47% without notice to me (even though we had email communication in the past, they claimed not to have my email address) so I called and said we'd be moving out and updated my address and email.
I was told that I have until the end of my paid period to vacate and sign off on the contract.
They still charged another month and so I was told I didn't give 2 weeks notice! Even though I had the discussion the month before with the MANAGER about moving out and she told me the process to follow, they still did not cancel the PAD!
It was finally sorted out but now I have to wait for a cheque refund. Oh and then she asked for my email address as it wasn't on my record!! UGH
Not worth the the hassle to worry about any administrative changes you need to make to your records.
Find somewhere else.

The lady wearing eyeglasses who was in the front desk needs more training in customer service. She was disrespectful with the customers like us. We were there in Surrey last week of July 2020 for a week to empty our storage gradually. Some items were donated to Value Village and the remaining personal items were being loaded in U-Haul to bring them to Calgary since we already based over there. She was already informed about this. Some cabinets were put for the meantime in the main hallway so we could remove some items inside the storage when that lady wearing eyeglasses approached me and in very demanding voice that I need to remove the cabinets bec it's blocking the main hallway (it's not true it was placed beside the wall) and I told her it will be loaded to the U-Haul truck soon we were just arranging items who will go first inside the truck. But she told me, "You need to remove it now!" Then when she came back she brought with her the maintenance bearded guy. This guy in a very bossy/loud threatening voice told me that, "Stop giving her an attitude! You need to remove that cabinets now!" We were shocked about this. I told to the guy that I did not say anything bad to her and I have my witnesses, my colleagues who were also removing stuff from the storage and I asked her to give us more time because we were not staying there for a longer period of time and sooner those cabinets will be loaded to the truck. No other customers were there only us. That lady staff did not say anything when the maintenance guy confronted me and they both left. We were their customers for 8 years and never missed payment and this is what we get from the staff???!!! I hope the management will able to read this and make some actions like giving them proper training in customer service including their maintenance guy. The female staff I'm talking too was seating beside the other female staff (Shelby).
Polite staff, good security, clean facilities, maintained and large moving dollies available, bright lights that are motion activated so they aren't wasting electricity, and secure lockers that are inside and outside accessible. The rates are good and they are polite if they ever have to call if a charge doesn't go through. (I forgot to update my information when I got my new credit card. My mistake.)
This has the worst customer service in the history of humankind. The lady at the front desk, when I walked in was very unfriendly and unkind. I'm sure they don't like their job. I unfortunately signed a contract seeing that the crate would fit in the storage unit but unfortunately, the crate would not even fit through the front doors. They had already charged my credit card. Unfortunately, they were already closed for the day. The next day, I tried to call and the very unfriendly and unkind staff came on again and said "I'm just opening up. I'll have the manager call you back". In a very unfriendly way again. She calls me back and leaves a message that they cannot give me a refund. I call back and talked to the manager and she said that their system cannot issue a refund. She says that her system does not allow for refund and even though Moneris can issue a refund, her books will not balance. Then your owners should think twice about replacing your system and make it possible to give refunds because people make mistakes. It was not even the renters fault that the FRONT DOORS are too short. The manager hung up on me because I was so upset. WHO would not be upset. I did not even step into the unit and I had to pay a full months rent. I asked to speak with the owners and she said that is not something she can let me do. I asked if they were humans. And I got a sarcastic response. She said for me to email and when I asked for the email, she (the manager) was very sarcastic. I would not even give this business any stars but for the sake of posting it gets one. But in my book and on BBB, it should get a negative million. You should not be in business because business is about people.
Very clean facility. The woman working at the front desk was very nice and professional. The place looks like it has exceptional security. Its very new looking/well maintained. Nice Website. But they require a credit card to rent. This is a deal breaker because I don't actually have a credit card. This is something that irks me to no end because a credit card offers absolutely no extra security. A person can cancel a card after renting. They can max out the card to prevent new charges. They can have the number invalidated for a new number. It adds no extra security at all yet they require a credit card. I really would have preferred renting from here because of the proximity of my house. Would have been a very long term rental since I live in a condo that lacks space. I do not recommend this place because of this narrow minded policy.
