It's the service, not the sales department that keeps me coming back to you. Personally I don't like surveys due to their limited focus.
The staff at Mississauga Toyota are always friendly and courteous. My car received its first scheduled maintenance check-up and the service was very prompt. Any inquiries I made were answered fully and I left feeling that my car was indeed in good hands.
From the moment I called to ask for an appointment for an oil change and was denied an appointment time to the moment my service was complete and I walked out the door and my car was sitting there wet after I had specifically asked for it not to be washed as I had just paid over $100 for detailing, the service was poor! I am very disappointed.
During my last visit (April 6th 2015) air filter was replaced, next day I opened my glove box and it suddenly dropped down hard when opened instead of opening in its regular controlled fashion. there was something wrong - I did not deliver the vehicle for service with this issue. I mentioned this to Anthony Gallucci, who ended up looking at it and he noticed that a plastic piece had broken off. Anthony explained that is happened when the air filter was replaced since the mechanic needs access through the glove box. I decided to wait until my next oil change visit to rectify this issue.
During my recent visit, (August 19th 2015) I mentioned my broken glove box to my advisor, John Bates. He assured me that the glove box "can be fixed." The "fix" included a modification that I'm not impressed with and I would like the box to be repaired /replaced to the exact condition that it was originally. I called on Thurs Aug 20th, and spoke to John regarding this issue and I am still waiting for a response.

Warm, friendly, experienced, knowledgeable, good communicator and is the only person I speak to when I attend for business.

Book your oil changes or services on Fridays or any rainy weekday chances are you'll get top notch service with a thorough explanation on related problems or concerns you may be getting. It was a swift 40 minute service I even clocked it haha! Great to feel first class again and again and again - Mississauga Toyota always keeps me feeling assured and for a very economical cost without any compromise.
The service advisor was Bryan Moreira. He was friendly and very helpful. The service dept did a great job on the car's semi annual inspection and maintenance. A detailed report was provided and they also did a car wash before returning the vehicle.

I really like my local Toyota service centre because of the people who work there. George was knowledgeable and very helpful. My visit was at the end of the day and for oil change only. So when I mentioned my radio issue, I expected him to say that I would need to come another day to fix that but he fixed it the same visit and also took time to explain me why that happened. I am very pleased with the service.
I had an appointment for 12:45 PM but my car was not seen by a Technician until 2:15 PM. The service rep was very apologetic for the delay, I know it wasn't his fault. Perhaps the scheduling department could do a better job in the future.

Very good service because Service attendant made sure problem could be fixed with a cheaper alternative with the part already in stock. So same day I was in and out within time quoted.
Appalling experience with car detailing. Service person consistently lied about progress. Left in disgust without the work complete. Follow up by management in response to my complaint was perfunctory. To say the least. Caveat emptor!
I purchased a 1-year-old car with non-original transmission that the sales person never told me about. The transmission started making scary sounds in a few weeks after the purchase, but the dealership said that the transmission is not original and hence is out of warranty, so they wanted me to buy a new transmission from them for the car I had just bought because I apparently replaced the transmission after making the purchase. It took a 3rd party expert proof that the transmission has been in the car for several months and they took the car back eventually, but the amount of time it took and how many insults I had to hear.... Unbelievable, I'd never thought that a Toyota dealership could be so unprofessional. Basically - don't go there, because if anything goes wrong, they're against you.
