Arrived last night. Knew the place didn't open til 7am. Came in at 715 am someone finally asked me what I was here for about 730 am. Was told to unhook from trailer and park the truck. It's now 1036, and nothing. The sign when you go in says a diagnosis of the problem would be worked up and a repair order would be generated in two hours. Well its hour number 3 and I still don't know nothing other than the emissions systems on these newer trucks are faulty, and costing us owner operators our lively hoods.
