Alani Dental Center

I literally cannot say enough good things about my experience at Alani Dental! When I arrived, Donna greeted me by name and shook my hand. I was pleasantly surprised by this and knew I had picked the right place already! I was very relaxed while I waited (maybe 5 minutes) until Gabby took me to my room. Gabby was happy and very friendly while taking my x-rays and even offered me a blanket when she noticed I was rubbing my arms from being cold. I mean WHAT! The level of customer service is a fifteen out of ten here. Gabby stayed with me and chatted until Dr.Deena arrived and I was once again beyond happy with her friendliness and knowledge. Without too much detail, I needed work done that she did not have time to do so I was scheduled to come back the next day (totally understandable). I mentioned to Gabby that I’m nursing my 5 months old and my husband took time off work for me to come so I was sad that Dr. Deena couldn’t complete the work while I was there. She said she would let her know that. Next thing I knew, Dr.D was back in the room working on my teeth! It was so kind of them to move their schedule around to accommodate mine! I cannot tell you what that meant to me. I know they are busy and that couldn’t always happen so I was very grateful. Dr.Deena explained everything about the procedure clearly and in a way I could understand. I even enjoyed the music while she worked on my teeth and I loved how she and Gabby spoke to each other with respect. May times doctors will talk down to their assistants or just overall sound like they are in a bad mood when speaking to them. It was refreshing to hear them conversing happily. They both made sure at all times that I was comfortable. As I checked out, Donna was there with a smile to get me scheduled for my follow-up. I am just so happy and grateful for Alani Dental. I am healed and feeling back to normal thanks to them. I only hope that Donna, Gabby and Dr.Deena see this so they know how pleased I was with the entire process from start to finish. I literally cannot think of one thing I would have changed or thought they could improve on. I will be a client of theirs for the rest of my life and I will be telling everyone how awesome they really are! THANK YOU for treating me like a person, not just a dollar sign. YOU ROCK!
