This is a very wonderful storage facility, a wonderful family lives on the lot keeping an eye on your stuff at all times safe secure and clean I spent a whole year helping them remove snow.

They even have some heated units I've rented a lot of storage places and this one top notch.

This is a top of the line (outdoors) storage unit renal business. Very friendly and easy going and family run.
They have a secure gate and many,many cameras for your goods protection.
I recommend checking them out next time you need something stored.

My Wife and I have used Advantage Mini storage in Kamloops now for over 2 years (we rent four storage units). We find the facility very secure, safe and well lit. Also like the fact that we can key code ourselves in and out of the facility safely and securely.The staff is over the top in customer service, Friendly & helpful and treat you like family!

Staff will phone and leave messages that indicate a serious issue and breach of security at the facility. Attempts to contact the facility are received by an answering machine with no staff on site! With no contact resolve, a onsite inspection is required by the client. When the issue is addressed with the owner upon their return back to Kamloops, they attempt to make every attempt to turn the concern and staff incompetence back onto the customer/client. Clearly if the staff cannot perform their job duties properly and there is no on site residence protection, then a emergency contact number needs to be provided to the clients to counter the lack of customer service. Absolutely disappointed in the way this once good storage facility has fallen in standards and customer service. The staff likes to refer to clients as "You People". Yes indeed, it is the "you people" that keep Advantage Mini storage in business and not operating as a HOBBY, and they would do well to remember that. An answering service and competent staff are cheap compared to the costs of advertising, securing new clients and retaining new clients. No service, no clients! Money does not replace good reliable customer service by competent staff!

They are great. Cheapest in all of BC it seems, but still offer the best services including security and accessibility. Always flexible too.
